It's Week 3 of evidence and the first law enforcement witness is on the stand and under cross-examination. Lt. Gallagher didn't write any reports in this case, wasn't interviewed until April 2024, but did find the broken drinking glass at the scene and collect suspected blood in red solo cups.

So the prosecution is playing “butt dialed” voicemails, which proves a voicemail would be left from a butt dial, but wants us to believe that SEVEN butt dials from Jen M left ZERO voicemails???????

We had a neighbours car broke into. A police officer knocked our door at 5am asking to see our camera footage incase it captured anything. He sat in our kitchen for about an hr looking at our footage. WTF!! how did they not even ask the neighbours about camera footage. Isn’t that basic policing? This is wild.

Regardless of whether you think Karen had something to do with John's death, the shoddy investigation should introduce enough doubt for acquittal. I'd rather 100 guilty people go free than have one innocent person in prison. But idk, that's just me.

If this was the “effort” they put into investigating the death of a fellow officer - what level do regular citizens receive? Canton- you need a LE overhaul! This was abysmal.

I also find it odd that the tow truck driver did not take photos of the SUV for liability reasons alone. My windshield has been cracked on 2 separate occasions during a tow.

Right now watching this trial, having watched the first time, I personally, could care less if Karen is Innocent or Guilty at this point. The reasonable doubt fingerprints that are all over this case keep coming back and getting compounded with new information coming in. I just hope and pray that true justice gets served, both for KRs sake, and for the family of JOK.

Hearing there are some younger jurors 20’s-30’s gives me hope that they will get all the tech & text testimony and find
“not guilty: reasonable doubt”

If I was a juror, I'd be suspicious about why Gallagher was SO confident he didn't have probable cause for a search warrant that he didn't bother asking, and why he was SO confident that using solo cups & a stop n shop bag was perfectly adequate - it ruins his credibility.

This case blows my mind. If a police officer was found dead on a lawn in a black neighbourhood are you telling me these officer would not have conducted a search warrant on every single house on that street?!

If I were on the jury and seeing these video clips, I would be suspicious of the prosecution because they cut off what Karen is saying mid-sentence. I would be thinking, “What else did she say that they don’t want me to see?”

So...when it was 12:35 and she left fairview...it was less than an inch of snow....she's home by what? 12:40....@ 1...people start leaving and it's 1 inch of snow...and no one sees him? Come on !!!!
