Murder in an active war zone is like handing out speeding tickets at the Indy 500

Remember the scum always rises to the top, never expect those at the top to help you

I’ll never understand why men who’ve never seen combat can judge a man’s actions in combat when there’s a split second between living and not. Prayers to this man and his family.

Makes me sick, it's a absolute disgrace the way our British troops are treated. No respect shown whatsoever, just taken for granted

You know the fricken enemy is laughing in our faces because they dont have to play by our rules of engagement.  Its a bitch slap in the face to be held to these policies so we can appease these bs politicians!

To say "this upsets me" is a understatement.

It amazes me that a soldier gets charged with high crimes, when his govt sends him to perform killing(s) in foreign lands against the rules of international laws, against common human decency, and at physical/mental expense of that soldier.  When was the last time a politician, general, or member of MI6/CIA get charged with murder for calling in a hit?!?!

I hope something can be done to help Jay....it's disgraceful what the British Government/high levels of the armed forces are doing going after the guys who have fought for this country.

Good interview Mr.Ryan & crew thank you!!!!!

This is just bewildering. Such a smart, articulate, heroic individual who's dedicated his life to a craft very few in the worlds populous are cut out for, perfected his skills, stood for his country with honor and professionalism, just gets RAILROADED for doing the job he's been trained and  tasked to do. It's utterly despicable. The trajectory that not only the US, but countries around the globe are on, is inexplicably nonsensical.

Being betrayed by the people you trust the most is diabolical.
These operators follow orders without question, and are tasked to potentially sacrifice their own lives for the very people hanging them out to dry.
The prosecutors should face the same judgement that they tried to impose on the accused.

Completely disciplined and profesional operation.  Most other units would have called contact and an uncontrolled, chaotic immediate action would have ensued. This was extreme coolness under fire. Total respect.

The sooner the British people realize their government and media are not working for them anymore, the sooner they can get their country turned back around.

It’s absolutely disgusting and disgraceful that a country would do that to a man who has given his entire life to serve that country!! it’s absolutely disgusting and I wish nothing but the best for this man he is a true hero and an absolute warrior to the core!!!

Disgusting that these brave men were betrayed by politicians
These guys are absolute heroes.  God bless you and your team

Military service is not a game where u can kill anybody.... as colonel Kurtz said: "to have men who are moral… and at the same time who are able to utilize their primordial instincts to kill...'' but firstly moral

This will hurt the machine big time... I remember this nonsense starting off in Northern Ireland back in the day, and it snowballed to the extent that blokes  would hesitate to return fire...   who in their right mind now will volunteer  and graft hard to get to the top only to get slated like this for doing their job? - I wont soldier again either...

"Shit... charging a man with murder in this place was like handing out speeding tickets in the Indy 500"

The systemic threat of all this BS is who the hell is going to want to enlist, go fight for your country and have the chance of being charged with murder…
