This interview is exactly why Burr is and will always be my favorite comedian.

This interview solidifies why I love Bill Burr. He is often the comic I search for when I want to lighten the stressors of life. Love how he talks about his kids. Saw him in Portland, OR with my hubby last year :-)

Love how transparent & sincere Bill is no matter the topic

bill burr is a legend. man went largely unnoticed for most of his career and just blew up in the last few years despite him being consistently funny his whole career. he has put in the time, done the hard work and got rewarded for it in the end. also a truly independent thinker, he doesnt go all in on the culture war crap or chase an audience like other weaker comics have after covid. great dude

I pretty much watch/listen to any podcast as long as Bill is on.

The fact Bill thought landing at Fenway in a helicopter would have been an asshole move vs a rockstar move says everything about the guy and how humble he is ❤

“I find that the bigger this stuff got the smaller I wanted my life to be” I love this

43:12 it’s so wholesome to see Howie and his daughter shift in their chair at the same time

This is golden. I live a boring life and these podcasts with my favorite comedians keep me going.

No one comedian, not even Don Rickles has reverse heckled an unruly audience better than Bill Burr. (Philadelphia) favorite line, " You have a statue of Rocky, a fictional character, and Joe Frazier is from here."

aahh a shitty day and you find an hour of unseen Bill Burr... it's a gift.. Bill Burr is a treasure to humanity.

One of my aerospace professors was a very prominent engineer at Bell helicopters for 20+ years. He told us he doesn't feel comfortable flying in helicopters because of how many things can go wrong. They are significantly more complex than airplanes.

the end of the slash story was low key iconic Bill Burr moment

The discussion on religion is one of the most rational I've ever heard

Howie is spot on in his observations of Burr just checking off boxes of a dream.

Pure respect

Bill: I didn’t grow up blue collar.
Girl: what does that mean?
Bill: you know just because you have two smart parents doesn’t mean you’re going to be smart… 💀💀💀
Perfecto Bill.
