Fire the front office and whole coaching staff and start over. Get a coaching staff that really know what they are doing from the beginning not wasting a whole year trying things out. Know your plays and how to play differently against different defenses. This is how we play this and this is how we play that. When this happens we switch to this or that. Drill for defense, work on basics like screens and layups. Have some surprise plays in your bag to bring out at key moments.
