What a masterpiece! I was hooked right from the beginning with "...but I think freedom is just remembering who you were before the world told you who to be". That hit hard. Brilliant story, masterfully told and beautifully captured. Thank you for this truly moving film Michael!

This deserves more views.

Sometimes we have to become lost to find ourselves. Your adventure took me back 40 years ago, where I too as a young man set out on a motorcycle adventure across Australia. That trip alone on the bike, crossing paths with other bike minded people, solving problems with the bike, the weather of freezing sleet in the Snowy Mountains to the burning summer heat of NSW Hays Plains. The experience set a course for a great trip in the journey of life and has served me well.
Young man your future is bright, your videography/narration is some of the best I’ve seen, well done.
Now ride on into life and live it well, it’s a great adventure and time is short. 👍

Youth, Ignorance, Passion and Energy. How I wish I still had a few of those. I remember well just getting on a bike and riding, now its like a 3 day prep just to get a coffee.
I had a little laugh near the start with you putting on your wet weather gear after getting soaked. I think we've all done that.
Well done mate, you've reminded a few of us I think to just keep it simple and enjoy the ride.
The self discovery is something we all go through, motorcycles will do that. And it is one of the reasons I still ride.

I just came across your work. It is outstanding! I ride, too, and have done an almost identical trip, but from Toronto, a few years back. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to hit the road again to heal after the loss of my best friend. I was hurting bad, man. Ten days on the saddle can operate miracles on a middle-aged man's mental health. Anyways, what I wanted to say really is that you have a special talent. I seek motorcycle touring videos on YouTube often. However, often, I find them to be lacking depth. Often, with a narcissistic undertone, which is unbearable to me. (Hey audience, look at my face talking!). Your film is an engaging display of authenticity, creativity, and natural introspection. I lack the talent, the knowledge, and the interest in turning my travels into entertainment. However, if I was to put something together for that purpose, I wish it would look like yours. Congratulations on the work.
