okay okay y’all have convinced me to visit lake michigan!! i will visit one day and report back here to confirm that it’s not like other lake beaches lolll

"I don't consider Collen Hoover's books romance books. I'm not gonna promote them as romance book." period girl. Say it again

I may have just clicked this video but I already know two things: The Charm Offensive on top and The Spanish Love Deception at the bottom 😂😂

Who needs a valentine when you can have a new video from Hannah

Seeing "the spanish love deception" and "Reminders of him" in the last tier solidified my trust in Hannah.

Are we not going to talk about "it has to be a salted body of water, not an unseasoned lake" 😂😂

I am not even a fan of romance but Sarah Hogle's "You Deserve Each Other" was such a beautiful and laugh out loud funny book. It deserves SO much hype. Most romance novels tend to have characters that seem to be stereotypes and caricatures. This was so refreshing to read because the tropes did not feel superimposed. The author has such a clever way with words and her characters are charming, sassy and genuinely unique personalities without trying too hard which is so rare in this genre. It's such an underrated book. I've read all books by Sarah Hogle now and her books are like a steaming cup of tea under the warmest blanket with snow falling visibly outside the window.

being aromantic, spending valentine's alone is the best way to spend it 😌

i’ve never clicked so fast

I totally agree with your Emily Henry ratings! I remember hearing that Emily Henry said she wrote beach read for herself specifically so that explains the amount of heart and vulnerability she poured into it which is why it’s so appealing imo ❤ also as a fellow Californian, I very much agree with your “beach” term criticism lol

This is actually the first valentines day I've felt rlly happy with myself bcuz I've been literally singing about buying myself flowers for a month now😂

In defence of Lake Michigan, the Great Lakes are just unsalted oceans. They’re so big you can’t see the other side and they’re sandy bottomed. They even have small tides! They’re not like a backwater pond that people call lakes in the rest of the world 😂

Just commenting as someone who lives in Chicago, but is from the east coast and has been to many ocean beaches: Lake Michigan beaches are absolutely still beaches!! Lake Michigan isn't just any ordinary lake, it's a great lake, meaning it is so massive that you don't see land on the other side. Are there less waves and salt and more vegetation? Yes. But in the summer, the beach fulfill any criteria you want from a beach adventure. Don't judge the Great Lakes until you've spent time here

As a single woman in her 30s this video is a comfort watch for me. Watching it in my blanket with late night snacks (kababs and dahi baray). Thanks for the laughs and the recommendations.

Omg 9:31 and 12:00! The zoomed-in editing of adding these books into “right to jail”, the look on Hannah’s face, the SILENCE!!!! I could help but LOL at them! This is why we love and trust Hannah!!! 😂😂😂😂

With Beach Read being one of my favourite books of ALL TIME, I was so anxious waiting to hear/see where you put it 😮‍💨😂  just staring at it the whole video was TORTURE, Hannah HOW COULD YOU TAUNT ME LIKE THIS 😂😭❤️

Your makeup is absolutely lovely in this! Happy Valentine's day, Hannah, and everyone else watching this today <3

I have been single every single Valentine’s Day. However, I have two bottles of wine, Barbie movie collection, and my blind date with a book. So it’s prefect.

We desperately need an anime recommendation video from Hannah cuz I loved every single one she mentioned randomly in her videos

U can never feel alone on Valentines when u have BTS and Hannah is ur subscriptions list😌
Thankyou 🥺💜
