The 'stutter stepping' is the ghost turning around repeatedly. I noticed it in that very last hunt - it looked like it was jiggle peeking you from the master bedroom because the roaming waypoint was probably bouncing back and forth. You can also realize this if you think about how long it was in that one room without leaving. When a ghost turns, it often adds one more, faster step sound, so if it does it a bunch of times in quick succession it can really throw off a speed check.

I've been tricked by this a few times :(

been in same situation more then once.
its really annoying when ghosty is not acting like the ghost it actually is, on paper.
what follows is test every single other ghost that's still on the list, but one or two hunts suddenly make me doubt what i heard or what i think ghosty is/was - and have to re-evaluate the entire situation.

Point Hope is not the best to play in but it sure is very well designed, each floor offers a unique flavour that make you want to actually live there.

11:18 No sir, Flash is not your dentist.

Larry Miller Honda? Yep, a genuine dealership out where I live.

I still am so chuffed over how much personality the new Willow has. ❤

Every Ghosts is wrong now. Shades is super super  active when I’m in he’s room  , demons is lazy etc etc.  (I have reported   )

5:20 you say that a ghost fart (mist form specifically?) Eliminates Oni as well as Kormos.  Why the Kormos?
