I feel you, Unscripted Livestream Xavier.

It’s fascinating to know about the era of Avp prior to the film adaptations .

The Chess Game scene was hysterical

I hope you all enjoy this video! This was a lot of hard but fun and rewarding work.

One thing to note about the fmvs in AVP 1999. Those ones in the video are not the originals and are in fact the devs. The original release had actual actors that did a similarly cheesy job but were replaced in the Gold re-release on sites such as Steam, apparently this was to get out of paying them royalties or something

very few shooters have ever came close to AvP2 in terms of writing, diverse gameplay and atmosphere. one of my favourites of all time, still occasionally play it to this day.

As a kid, Extinction was one of my favorite games. At first I didn't understand it as a fan of games like halo and battlefront, but once I got the hang of it I loved it. I would spend hours on a single mission making my Xenomorph army as large and strong as possible, wishing it had a survival mode so I could see how far I could take my army. I will say that the Predator and Human campaigns I didn't like as much because it didn't feel like you were actually playing out situations that would've happened, but I loved simulating an Alien hive, and bringing unconscious bodies back to the hive just like the movies.

The alien playing chess and unscripted live stream Xavier have the same energy

I still think AVP2 is the best of the AVP games. The Marine campaign in particular was excellent.

I did like AVP 2010 as well, but it is definitely flawed. But man, the graphics are still great in HD.

Miss getting single player focused Aliens or Predator games. Aliens fireteam elite is definitely not a single player game.

That rant was funny. Imagine someone made a full edited highlights video like that, haha…  unless?

For real though, utterly spectacular video! Glad to have helped, even if it was a little part! Well done to you guys for this amazing piece!

Also - THAT POOR GUYS ARM STILL! MY GOD, JESUS FUCK!

I would greatly appreciate a music mod for Aliens fireteam elite for getting avp2010s soundtrack

The amount of hard work and dedication in these videos are something to be admired. Keep up the good work!

Had lots of good times in avp 2010. Knocking down the other humans with your shotgun to leave them defenseless for a horde of rushing aliens was always enjoyable

Or that you were invincible during an assassination animation but they were so Long that an enemy was always waiting behind you to assassinate you as soon as you finish, and then someone waits behind them and soon enough it's a conga line of people patiently waiting to jump behind you as soon as you started to assassinate the last guy

The asymmetric pvpvp modes were always fun as well. The predator weapons specifically the spinning disc were very interesting since they would follow where ever you looked even after you threw it. Only game I can think of that has done something similar since is one of the titans in titanfall 2

The alliteration from  37:19-37:28 is phenomenal

"The coordinates of the xenomorph homeworld"
Me: what the HELL do you think you're gonna do when you get there???

I actually remember playing AVP Evolution. That was some good shit.

5:30 Cyborg Arnies arm changes from left to right depending on what way hes facing.. fucks me up.

AVP 2010 by far has one of my favorite multiplayer experiences of all time. So memorable for me. First place on the leaderboard on almost every single game. I just love it so SO much.

Unscripted Livestream Xavier is my spirit animal.

Lol, this was a great follow up to the Alien and Predator games retrospectives. Look forward to seeing whatever two of my favorite YouTubers do next. 👍
