You know you're getting a top quality lawyer when he makes tv commercials like a used car dealer.

Her mom is despicable. When the man said Aileen was sleeping in the snow and woods, the mom gonna say didn’t the agency come to get her or rescue her? Why didn’t you rescue her mom? Not once did she ever reach out to Aileen. How can you have a child and not ever check on them or make sure they’re OK? Even as an adult. That would’ve did a lot for Aileen if her mom would’ve reached out to her at some point in her adulthood and the fact that her mother was still alive, while Aileen was going through all the hell and execution, her mother still didn’t try to be there in the end, it speaks volumes about her. I couldn’t have a daughter and not try to be in her life in someway especially towards the end. Then she gonna say Aileen like hitchhiking around…really so-called mom? A teen girl like hitchhiking around🙄If Aileen had stability growing up, love, and care maybe, just maybe her life would’ve turned out better.

I honestly have so much empathy for Aileen. Out of all the fucked up people out there her story is harrowing

Crazy how the sheriff really did catch charges for selling her story for a movie before she was even convicted. Makes you wonder what else shes telling the truth about

I felt that her execution was actually a mercy killing. Her family failed her. The justice system failed her. Society failed her. A 15 year old living outside is a Failure

Damn that mom. Thinking her daughter was messed up cause of a breech birth and then saying she’ll rest easier once her daughter is dead!! That’s messed up.

The woman at the  end who pretended to not know what she went through after the birth of her child at 13 or around that age which is sick and that woman knew what part she played in making that little girl feel unwanted all she needed at that age was a hug and a safe place to call home, the real story is about a failed state and the victim of that,

I know what she did was wrong. But that woman went through hell her whole life. She hits way different to me than any other serial killer. I believe she was SAd many, many times throughout her life and was betrayed and abandoned by her "family", and she just completely broke inside eventually.

That girl slept in the woods for 2 years, no one helped her, then Jeb signed her death warrant... only in Florida 😢

I know it’s wrong to feel empathy for a brutal murderer but my heart breaks for her as a little girl :(

Her lawyer was a slime money hungry 😤. She should've been given a new trial simply because 9f his incompetence

I wasn't alive when these crimes took place. I have always felt for this woman, and I would not have given her the death penalty. We allow people who assault others to walk free, and this woman who was treated like trash her entire life was killed. There's no excuse for killing, but she was not dealt a fair hand in life or in death.

Her environment molded and made her. What a shame on society.

Diane: "Didn't Agency find her and take care of her?"

No and neither did you Diane. It wasn't their job, it was your Job to find your daughter and take care of her. You were a POS mother for what you allowed to happen to your daughter. You did not protect, love, and cherish her. And you are not as dumb as you portray yourself in this video. You know exactly what you did and didn't do for your Beautiful daughter Aileen. 💔

The photos of her as a little girl broke my heart.

I’ve studied serial killers for some time now and all seem to have some issue with their mother. Aileen’s biological mother is the poster-mother for serial killers with Mommy issues. What a horrible woman!  My jaw dropped when she said she’ll rest better once Aileen is executed. Unbelievable. Aileen was used, abused and thrown away by the people who were supposed to care about her. No wonder she turned out the way she did. How heartbreaking.

"Even Ted Bundy was offered life in prison, this was never offered to Aileen Wuornos' let that sink in..

I think she never had a chance. From birth to death, she was tossed aside by people who were supposed to love her. No wonder she got tired of living like she did. I'm not condoning the murders, I'm just saying that she wasn't equipped with the right morals. Nobody cared enough about her to teach her!! And I REALLY think that Tye, or whatever her name is, should have been arrested too. She egged her on to work more so she could drink more!! And being the only one who acted like she cared, poor Aileen wanted to please her at all costs. She believed that the b*tch really loved her. She obviously did not. But Aileen was so starved for love, she would have done anything to keep her in her life.   Oh yeah!!! Her so-called mother didn't give a crap about her!! She didn't know that HER CHILD was sleeping in the cold and wet outside!?!? That's not a mother, she's just a baby maker. With no thoughts about them after she dumped them on her father!! Who I'm sure she knew was abusive!! In fact, they're thinking that her grandfather was the one who got her pregnant and then threw her out!!! Nobody cared or loved her, she was disposable in their eyes. I can't help it, I feel sorry for her.

It is so refreshing to read such supportive comments about 'Lee'.  Obviously, one might question her motives but either way, she was not guided from the get-go.  She was abused, abandoned and desperate.  I recommend the film 'Monster' staring Charlize Theron.  Aileen was essentially a survivalist and she deserved to be not only loved but also treated for her no doubt developing mental health problems.  She might well have dropped out of school but if you see her artwork and read her letters in the book 'Dear Dawn' to her lifelong friend, you will see just how articulate she really was.  I hope she is at peace now xx

I’m so upset neighbors took in her brother and left her to rot in the cold! Imagine if a neighbor adopted her and got her through high school so even if she ran off later when she wanted a real job or to go into military like she tried she would have succeeded in doing so!
