I bought a YT Jeffsy mk1 29'er for myself, €650 but in dire need of service all around; drivetrain was shot, headset was wobbling all over, frame had some scratches. But it was a worthy upgrade over my hardtail given what I'm using it for. So these vids are very relatable. Much prefer seeing an older bike fixed up than some YouTube splashing €9k on a new Commencal.

But like others said; a "trading up to .. X" series would be fun. Flipping bikes until you get to your dream bike. :)
