Here's  my AU on the aftermath:

Kion's scar poison completely overwhelms him before he can reach the Tree of Life. His growing rage, Kion attacks and kills Fuli. The rest of the Lion Guard tries desperately to stop him, but they fail. One by one, they are injured and ultimately killed as Kion loses control of himself. After the massacre, a brief moment of clarity returns. Horrified by what he has done, Kion is consumed by guilt and flees. However, the poison continues to worsen as he journeys back to the Pride Lands. When he finally arrives home, Simba, Nala, and Rafiki warmly welcome him. They immediately notice his scar and ask where the rest of the Lion Guard is. As the venom's influence begins taking hold once again, Kion lies. He claims that he was healed at the Tree of Life and that the Guard became separated during a massive snowstorm in the mountains on their way back. He says an avalanche scattered them and that they would eventually find their way back to the Pride Lands.
Simba and Nala believe him and are relieved to have their son home. Rafiki, however, senses that something is terribly wrong.
Soon afterward, Kiara arrives with Kovu. Simba explains that Zira's pride has long since fallen and that her former followers have joined the Pride Lands. He also announces that Kiara and Kovu will someday rule as king and queen.
To Kion's surprise, this angers him deeply. While the poison amplifies his emotions, this jealousy had always existed within him. Part of him had secretly believed that he should become king instead of Kiara.
Things only get worse when he discovers that Vitani has taken his place as leader of the Lion Guard. Alongside five of her lionesses, she now protects the Circle of Life.
Kion becomes furious.
Despite everything that has changed, he still sees Kovu and Vitani as enemies. In his eyes, they are outsiders who stole everything that should have belonged to him. He cannot accept that they have changed, nor that Kovu was never truly evil to begin with.
The poison twists his thoughts further. He convinces himself that everyone is trying to replace him, erase him, and leave him forgotten. He begins to believe that he has been made into a useless bystander in his own kingdom.
Eventually, Kion reaches his breaking point.
Determined to seize power and claim what he believes is rightfully his, he murders Simba and Nala. He then attempts to frame Kovu for the crime. Many of the animals of the Pride Lands believe his story, turning against Kovu and demanding justice.
However, Kiara, Vitani, and several lionesses witness Kion's actions and refuse to stay silent. A fierce battle erupts across Pride Rock.
Kovu fights bravely, but he is severely wounded while protecting Kiara. Despite their efforts, Kion's power, the Roar of the Elders, and the poison-fueled rage prove too much to overcome.
In the end, Kion wins.
He declares himself King of the Pride Lands and banishes Kiara, Vitani, and all who oppose him. He demands absolute loyalty from the remaining pride, threatening exile or death to anyone who defies him.
As Kiara and Vitani leaves in tears, they take  dying Kovu to Rafiki's tree. Rafiki does everything he can to save him, but the wounds are too severe.
Kovu dies in Kiara's paws.
Heartbroken, Kiara, Vitani and Rafiki mourn as their worst fears become reality. Meanwhile, Kion sits alone upon Pride Rock as king.
He finally has everything he ever wanted.
Yet the kingdom is silent.
His family is dead.
His friends are gone.
His sister hates him.
And deep beneath the poison's influence, Kion realizes the terrible truth:
He did not save the Pride Lands.
He destroyed them.

This is what would happen if the Lion guard was made for adults

AU where Kion does indeed get healed but gets addicted to the tuliza and turns into a stoner

I am so happy this didn’t actually happen in the canon show because that would’ve scarred the audience for life

Put it this way I think that if Kion hadn’t of made it to the tree of life then he would’ve turned evil like Scar did even Rafiki said himself “if the venom stays inside him too long he may no longer know the difference between right and wrong”

Scar was never gone, he just went back to Dreamlight Valley and tormented the Pridelands from his Dreamlight Valley home

Ok but this would be PEAK. Disney should make a version where Kion becomes evil and just put it in the adult accounts only (even though no adults watch this). Only cus some kids might not feel happy about it, they should just make an alternative version with evil kion.

Admit it, you were glad the horrifying R-Rated scene where Kion hurt Fuli and parents would've wanted answers from Disney Jr never happened

9:13,  After the play, we have multiple fouls against Kion: unnecessary roughness, objectionable conduct, and unnecessary roughness against an official. The combined penalties total 110 yards. Loss of two downs and Kion is disqualified from the game. It will be third down, Lion Guard

This TLG AU is super interesting! I'd think it be neat if Fuli survived but Kion runs off somewhere and possibly follows in the pawsteps of Scar. If they somehow threw Simba into this again, i'd like Simba to be utterly horrified that his son has become his worst enemy!
