I'd say in today's terms File #2 would be like a DLC expansion for the original game, a lot of the assets for File #2 are present in Outbreak's files since Capcom wanted it to be one huge game but the storage size for the PS2 didn't allow back in the day. There was also a bunch of other stuff that indicated they wanted to do a third part but it never saw the light of day.

Love these videos man, keep it up. I honestly have no idea why these aren't pushed more by the algorithm

So hyped for this! Thank you! I already know this is gonna be peak.
The strategy guide is actually what helped me learn to read when I was younger because I used to just run around and kill everything then restart cause I never knew what to do.

One thing the walkthrough doesn't tell you is that any health healing item can make you self recover from knock down but you'll still be in danger.
George is very strong for casual soloing because he can derp into damage then just self recover off the ground with one blue pill which can be farm increased with blue herbs
this can also be done with green herbs and first aid sprays but it's better to use a health pill or green herb since it in that state you can only be recovered from dying to danger status not full HP unless you use it again.
