A suggestion: try using 2 mm polyester felt, cut without seam allowance, butt seam together and join with a wide zigzag. Very strong and easy to make. Firmer than anything else I have tried and way less fussy.

The 1st few minutes made me laugh🤣🤣

Well I’m doing mine just as we speak! I chose an old curtain, interfaced it, some old jeans for the structure and I will stuff her with pillows and an old winter cover (I don’t know how it’s named and am too lazy to search). I also have a Margaret but her name is Trula (some kind of slob in German) and she just landed on one of the shelves in my sewing room. She will stay as a coat rack 😅😅😅
How about naming yours like you? It’s a cute name. I will name mine Rosalind 😅 or Rosita ❤
