Ram Dass - Heart To Heart Resuscitation Pt.1 | 90's | [Black Screen / No Music / Full Lecture]

Baba Ram Dass

29,795 views

Ram Dass revives us, showing through his words and stories the path to true healing. Ram Dass would often say that authentic impactful social action happens heart to heart to heart. How could it actually happen ANY other way? This talk was given on April 8, 1990 in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this precious talk he describes the concentric circles of self, how to work with our desire systems and ultimately how to dance between embodied seperate-ness, devotion and total freedom in love. ENJOY and leave us a COMMENT about what comes up for you!↴

Ram Dass was Somebody trying so hard to become Nobody, and then realized He's Nobody trying to become Somebody.

Freedom means: My heart is wide open. My mind is empty. And all is happening as it happens.

“A quiet place inside yourself” is a simple concept but essential to personal peace.

Thanks, I do appreciate having access to such audio. If it were not for all the Ram Dass audio videos on youtube, I don't know what I would of done. I'm not much of a reader. Have listened to a very large amount of such Ram Dass videos on YouTube. Love the meditation playlist on this channel too 🤩 . Thanks. Ram Ram. Jai Hanuman. ❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🦋💚🌻🌻

that is the problem ram in you understanding me, I am telling that we are playing business, but we need to apply love.

@chadfetters9582 9 months ago

Society has taken me flight response and created an escapist mentality, called getting high.

@ShyamalSolanki-g1i 6 months ago

sometimes I think, why there is contradiction between heart and mind/ brain, because as you had told father designed monopoly, a business game and we do not do business of love or heart? we could be logically wrong in playing well. you cannot reject this argument.

It's unfortunate the Mother Theresa bit didn't age very well. What should we make of his anecdote about her, knowing what we now know about her horrific legacy, considering the evidence points toward her ego as the driving force behind her exploits, rather than the mask of a true self that she wore for the world to see.

My wife has just been diagnosed with cancer, stage 3. I am mostly positive but inside I have waves of anxiety. They come and go. Do I need to ride these waves like accepting them? Or is there something I should be doing to learn from them. I'm only at the beginning of this spiritual thing. So hopefully some of you know more than me.
