I met Ben the other day. I went to say hi to him and he shot me 27 times in the head and then stomped on me 50 times repeatedly. BEST YOUTUBER EVER

18:24 This sentence tells me that this person doesnt know how eating disorders work or look like.

18:23 eating disorders work both ways some people struggle with eating to much 😭🙏

2:30 overdoses aren’t always lethal but they can be

18:22 eating disorders go both ways

18:18 Ignorance... anorexia is not the only eating disorder. That's literally how some eating disorders work.

Ban all people who don’t understand eds from discussing eds

13:51 I'm sorry, Ben. But if they were in college or university, they would have said professor, not teacher.

18:24 literally the only reason why I clicked on this video even faster than normal. Glad there are some educated people in these comment sections but just in case, there are so many different types of ed’s, it’s such a BROAD spectrum that there is basically this misc category (it’s known as Unspecified). Eds can go from restrictive eating to loosing control when eating, and they ways people handle/cope also are extremely individualistic, you could exercise to the point where it’s unhealthy or you can turn to other and often extremely harmful coping techniques or ways to regain that control. Ed’s can also come from many reasons, could be genetics, could be from body image, body weight, a certain physic you wish to achieve (which ties into body image), dysmorpia, or it could simply span from trying to be healthy but going down the wrong path to do it (AND MANY OTHER REASONS). Ed’s may seem small or not that bad but for someone in that headspace and struggling with it or has, or to know someone who is or has, it can be so stressful, scary, upsetting and just a horrible experience. If you know someone who has a bad relationship with food and their idea of their self,  please check in with them and if your struggling personally, please know that you don’t have to go through it alone. Please talk to someone, it’s better to speak.

what no wait you havent read mine yet hold on ben

“Is this hipaa to say this” okayy healthcare worker ben

for the eating disorder one...theres two types of eating disorders: one that stops you from eating and one that cant stop you from eating

Binge eating is an eating disorder. It doesn't have to be anorexia, it goes both ways

love how ben can go insane for five seconds and then go back to completely normal and continue giving advice

in summary;
learn to meditate and disassociate whilst people are talking to you for extended periods about topics you arent interested in 👍👍

Ben incorporating our drama again was not on my bucket list 😭

18:22 you can gain weight in conditions like BED and bulimia + anorexia is diagnosed in cases of weight gain because it isnt a weight disorder , for example , if someone was underweight due to chemotherapy , stopped chemo and gained weight then was diagnosed as anorexic , or if an anorexic person has a condition causing weight gain such as hypothyroidism or lymphadema

The way you just skipped over this 😭😭 9:20
