We did not expect this! As we are from The Netherlands 🇳🇱, we had no idea what to expect from Manila, but wow—this city completely surprised us! We never imagined it had this modern part, with stunning skyscrapers, huge malls, and a vibrant city vibe.

We started our adventure in BGC (Bonifacio Global City). Of course, we had to try our very first Filipino breakfast, and later, we finally got to taste Halo-Halo for the first time!

Since no trip to the Philippines is complete without it, we had to eat at Jollibee—is it really as good as everyone says? And for those curious, we also give you a quick tour of our hotel room in Manila!
