Canadian here.   I was in Glasgow in late May and was wearing shorts.  Loved the city.   There are drug problems with some people downtown like every big city.  We are used to it being from Toronto.

PS:  I got motion sick on a full Glasgow subway.  I was standing and the rocking back and forth of subway car was pretty insane.  The subway can get really busy because the cars are so small!

I have got some nice memories walking along that part of Glasgow

Nice walk through. Visited two years ago and stayed at the Voco hotel in the station. Grand view overlooking the grand hall. Saddened by the fire but fortunately it didn’t spread into the station or hotel. Found the subway rather quaint…tiny to say the least! Lots to see and do in the city of McIntosh.

Hi Kevin, 😂 at your near disaster again at start of video. Nice wee look about Ashton Lane and looking forward to seeing more Glasgow and thereabouts too. Have a great time in Manchester 👍

Toujours intéressant de vous suivre dans vos aventures et visites guidées  ! Merci ! 👀🥂🇧🇪🍺👍

Another Canadian here, also from Toronto.  I am excited you are going to Manchester!! I used to live there and LOVED it!  Although, most  Mancunians every day asked me ‘why do you want to live here’?  I enjoyed going to the bars and music venues.  Plus, I would always run into stars from Coronation Street (I dont watch it anymore) 😬

Thanks for showing me Glasgow l only live 15 miles away so it was nice seeing it thanks 😊

I was at university in Glasgow between 2006-2010, and I visited last week for the first time in 16 years. I was expecting it to be disappointing because there was a lot of negative online discourse, but I was pleasantly surprised! A lot of things have changed for the better. Maybe people don't notice it day-to-day. Things I loved: the Barclays campus on the Clyde looks amazing, the Merchant City area looks much improved (the Social Hub was cool), the new bridge connecting Govan to Partick is great, the Govan waterfront, and the cycle paths in Byres Rd plus the new university buildings. Overall, had a great time. And the people of Glasgow are as awesome as ever.

Thank you for the your tour Kevin. 👍🏼

From Glasgow originally. Visited last summer and was devastated by how tatty and grubby it is. What the hell has happened??
