Mickey Rourke got ripped off for the Oscar, he will always be my hero

The Wrestler .... One of my favourite films .... Mickey broke my heart with his astonishing performance!

Mickey Rourke is adorable

Thank you Mr Aronofsky for bringing back are true American bad boy.

A good movie that is really nothing to do with wrestling but the nature of human beings

mickey rourke is a fascinating person and artist

Mickey Rourke is an actor and artist who I deeply admire. He’s a man who wears his heart on his sleeve and carries himself how he sees fit regardless of what others think of him which is something I really respect in anyone but especially a man due to society’s expectations over male expressiveness.

Real man. Great actor. Mickey Rourke. With no filters. Without a crown on his head.

What guys like Michael Bay and Jerry Bruckheimer will never understand is that audiences want to see real people interacting with other real people in real situations, in good stories and realistic dialogue. Human interactions and real emotions ftw!

The Wrestler just managed to do that!

a back to earth actor... one of the best performances i ever saw .

Aronofsky calls The Wrestler a gentle film. Mickey is a powerhouse with the depth that few actors can get to. Great movie and Rourke was born to play this character.

14:00 - It happens to everybody. Not just athletes. That's where the film "hits home". Especially if you've experienced it.

Sounds like a great human being
and a fantastic director.

Impossible to NOT love MR.

Mickey is a philosopher

love this interview with Darren, smart and really interesting. Love Micky Rourke.

I love how they hug each other when Mickey comes in.

I’m not even a wrestling fan and The Wrestler is one of my top 10 all time favorite movies

A great interview thanks for uploading. Mickey is an amazing actor.

Self-deprecating Mickey always has & always will be one of the finest  actors of the 20th & 21st centuries.

Mickey is now such a nice guy, so calm and collected, fair play he is doing so well
