Happy birthday Mr. Campbell, hoping for many more.  Ricky thank you for grilling temp explanation.  I try for similar on my Blackstone.  I have changed my style watching you.  I use the Morrison gravy, instead of 2 bags I use 6 Tbl and 2 cups liquid.  I use the Costco pre cooked bacon,  and scratch frozen biscuits I prep weekly.  I am not as good as you but my wife manages to eat it.  I started making omelettes Ricky’s way.  Favorite is NM green chile and cheese.  I love holidays when I can cook for all the family and fix everything.  I really enjoy your early morning POV as it is almost like a cooking class.
