I’m only fourteen years old. Throughout my life so far many different things have happened. I’ve lost a friend to suicide. I’ve been abused. I’ve been bullied. I’ve been assaulted. I’ve even almost been homeless at one time. I’m currently suffering through anxiety, insomnia, and depression. Your music brings me peace and pushes those awful things away. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your music is healing. It’s truly a blessing. Thank you.

This would fit perfectly into a sad scene in a movie

This somehow makes me cry. It makes me think of paradise or a perfect place where there's no pain. Just peace and calm. It makes me think of what it feels like to be finally home with my Heavenly Father.

Anwen Reid’s anxiety quiz showed up on my feed again today. I ignored it the first two times, but now the algorithm is making it feel personal 😂 Fine, I’m going to see what everyone keeps talking about.

Don’t ever forget; you are loved, you are worthy and you are special. While we are still breathing, we are blessed 💞 One Earth, one people, one love for all ✌️

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for YaH your God will be with you wherever you go.

the water is as deep as your mind... the thoughts you swim in... they get mixed up. So your swimming in a lot of different emotions and thoughts and feelings. Let go... let the water take you to a place where there’s no more thinking, no more worrying, just resting. Loving your life while it’s there.. taking care of yourself..

Imagine yourself in a hammock over the ocean, where the cold draft of the water mixes with the warm night air to keep you perfectly warm. A nice blanket and the moon and stars above you. Just bliss

Coming on here to listen to the sounds and fall asleep. But staying awake because I'm reading all the comments 😂🙈😴 Good night my friends

I’m only 11 years old, I am currently diagnosed with severe PTSD and an anxiety disorder, I was abused by my father and when he left I met my step father, little did we know he was a alcoholic and one night he even punched my mum, now it’s just my siblings and my mother again. I have been having suicidal thoughts and insomnia. I’m currently undergoing horse therapy aswell, and your music helps me during a tough day, so thank you. I really do appreciate your content.
