"and yes I cried. shut up" is the most relatable statement ever; the mizuki and ota routes really did make me cry so much

Ah yes, AI The sominium Files.
A personal favorite just for how quirky and honestly fun as hell

In this game there are 2 endings that are considered "good but not best" endings.

Knowing this game's final ending makes these endings really fucked up

When Ace Attorney was first released, there was a 15 year statute of limitations on murder. Since then, that limit has been removed so that there is no limit on murder charges.

...a moment to appreciate the fact this Kagami detective guy is apparently just playing along to the whole "What's your name again?" thing. Good lord, this game.

I hope date plays a sizable role in the sequel, he's too iconic to be forgotten about.

You know you're whatching a great YouTuber when he makes 3 AI The Somnium Files videos.

I still can't get over how sick Aiba's design is, especially the hands

this game is really a gem. the writting and humor is on point.

54:26 Funny enough, at the time Ace Attorney initially released at 2001, Japan still have it's 15 year statute of limitation and it's only until 2010 that the country remove the statue of limitation entirely.

So is it safe to assume you're looking forward to the sequel? 😃

IMO, having no defenses against Saito in the final somnium is way scarier than desperately trying to fight him off; he slowly, but surely, takes over your mind, taunting you all the while, and there's NOTHING you can do about it.

I will never forget the experiences I have with this game, what a bizarre and fascinating journey

ah, the PC version. I remember at least at launch how the PC version would commonly crash in Iris' somniums on the right side and the facial animations would occasionally completely break due to a common bug.

I absolutely love this game. Between this, DR, Zero Escape and Yuna I’m convinced everything Spike Chunsoft touches turns to gold

Ai is damn good and I'm super excited for the sequel

4:20 It was at this moment that I realized I was playing a masterpiece.

considering date needs his meds to produce empathy chemicals, does that mean that the receptionist ending has date become a serial killer?
but you gotta wonder, is date being constantly horny because he needs human attention in #89's body, or is it actually part of his hard boiled detective ego from before he got mindswapped?

I feel like between Zero Escape and AI someone told Uchikoshi his stories need to make some semblance of sense
