Listening while commuting via car! Just the right level for me after living in Tokyo for 5 years. I moved out of Japan and this is great for keeping up my level. Thanks!

I watched with subs since I am trying to just start learning the language but I think I saw you speak about large sidewalks and I also enjoy them! Large sidewalks are the best! Also interesting hearing you explain the pros and cons for each area I tend to agree with the things you said. I enjoy a warmer conversation and people willing to talk. Osaka sounds nice! I will visit there one day :)

I’ve been practicing routine meditation lately. 😌

Before i go to sleep, or in the shower. I either imagine the end result of my dreams and where i want to be. Or, i speak AFFIRMATIVE positive things about myself. I AM fluent in Japanese (not yet though) i AM successful ect. Instead of “i’m going to”, or “i will”. It’s brought me a lot of hope for my future and i’ve seen wonderful changes already!
