🎬 Sentenced to Azkaban at fourteen for a murder he did not commit
📖 STORY OVERVIEW
When Harry Potter returns from the graveyard clutching Cedric Diggory's body, the Ministry of Magic refuses to believe the Dark Lord has risen. Desperate to maintain control and avoid public panic, Cornelius Fudge orchestrates a swift and brutal cover-up. Isolated and without Dumbledore's protection, Harry must face a rigged tribunal that threatens to lock him away forever.
THE PREMISE
Instead of being hailed as a tragic survivor, Harry is immediately detained as the prime suspect in the Triwizard Tournament tragedy. With his headmaster mysteriously absent and his friends barred from helping, a teenage boy is left alone to fight a corrupt system.
THE JOURNEY
Stripped of his wand and his allies, Harry must navigate a hostile government determined to silence his warnings at any cost. As the threat of the Dementors looms closer, he must find a way to survive this ultimate betrayal before his life is stolen entirely.

The fact Umbridge argument is assuming facts not evidence.
Yet, the Ministry has sent another innocent soul to prison.
Burying the truth because of fear is the model the Ministry chose.
While in the cemetery, Tom as a homunculus ordered Peter Pettigrew aka Wormtail to kill the spare. Once the black ritual was completed with Harry's forced inclusion. Having fought Tom in a duel to a draw.
Now Harry is being detained as a suspect for Cedric death. The Minster is isolating Harry from any support from his teachers, and friends.
The Minister is setting up a legal matter wherein Harry civil rights are being violated with impunity.
Since the Ministry has no known witnesses less Harry. Since Harry is accused he is a) a presumption of innocence, and b) because of the presumption, he has the right to remain silent, c) the Ministry bears the burden of proof - beyound a reasonable doubt.
