Usually gigantic foods are never as good as their little reincarnations, but this was genuinely one of the tastiest Cornish Pasties I've ever had!
This was a proper pasty with beef, potato, swede (turnip as they say in Cornwall and rutabaga in American!), and onion, seasoned with salt and pepper in a shortcrust pastry and it was DELICIOUS, but HUGE!!
Trying to eat all 5kg/11lb in 30 minutes was going to be tough!
