🏖️ BUTLIN’S BOGNOR REGIS – OUR WORST FIRST DAY! 😳

We’ve arrived at Butlin’s Bognor Regis for a 4K week away with the family, but unfortunately, our first day didn’t go quite as planned! 😬

We booked a Comfort Apartment, but on arrival we were really disappointed with the condition. The apartment had a strange smell, and the drinks/refreshments provided weren’t what we expected.

However, we have to give credit where it’s due — the customer service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 The staff were very helpful, friendly and dealt with our concerns quickly, which definitely made a difficult situation a little easier.

In this vlog, you’ll see our first impressions, the Comfort Apartment, what went wrong, how Butlin’s dealt with it, and our honest experience on our first day.

Was it as bad as we thought? 🤔
Will the rest of our week get better? 🌴
Make sure you watch until the end to find out!
