Keys to successful lifting... make sure hair is on point before you train. MAJOR KEY ALERT.

Olympic champion or not...this man will be considered as arguably the greatest weightlifter ever, and above all, a good person. Simply legendary.

Barber: What you want?

Barber: Say no more

I love Ilya, he dances, loving moments and often he lifts. Never having a bad thing to say about anybody, does his thing and of course smiling all the time.

0:29 One doesn't just turn down a fist bump from Ilya

Nice to see Ilya going heavy again. One of the best lifters ever.

That young man's reaction at 0:42 says it all. Complete awe and admiration for Ilya. How I'd love to be there

Ilya is so cool. Comes in and greets everyone. Smiles. Does his hair. What a humble and cool guy!

Thanks for posting this. Didn't know Ilya was trying to make a comeback. Awesome footage.

You'd think he wouldn't drop the naked barbell like that. He probably really appreciates quality gear and would respect all of it.
