Spring surprised us in every way! 🌧️🌿 We had two days of intense rain in the middle of October, something totally unusual for this time of year, so we huddled in the kitchen to escape the cold and put the abundance of eggs in the henhouse to good use.

We prepared a comforting family feast: baked milk, roasted oats, and the classic 90s yogurt cake that never fails 🥧🍳. But the most exciting moment of these days was when we finally got to try OUR FIRST SHEEP'S MILK CHEESE! 🧀✨ A beautiful achievement that fills us with pride after the first few days of milking.

To top it all off, the sun came out and the sheep went out to a new pasture full of green grass and flowers. Because in the end, rain in the countryside is always a blessing 🐑🌸.
