(Finished 17 cm * 6 cm cake)

♥ Chocolate Sponge Cake
 --- Mold 18cm

4 eggs
100 g sugar
20g honey
A pinch of salt
5ml vanilla extract

95g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
15g cocoa powder

45g milk
40g unsalted butter

♥ Dark Chocolate Ganache Cream

200g dark chocolate
100g heavy cream (A)
15g starch syrup (OR Glucose)
5g unsalted butter (optional)

300g heavy cream (B)

♥ Syrup

50g water
35g sugar
5ml Kahlua (Option)

How to make ㅡㅡㅡ ㅡㅡ
By measuring water and sugar
Melt sugar in the microwave.
Add Kalua and mix
