This is the first episode of the show I ever saw. It was in, maybe 2011, and it was on one of the TV channels that plays old stuff, like 7 Mate or something, and I remember tuning in right as he transformed in this scene. as a 6 year old, it was awesome and terrifying at the same time.

If Jack McGee had an army of cops with him at City Hall,he would've been able to capture The Hulk and find out who he really is after he gets calmed down. He would've realized then that it's David Banner and be in shock at the truth.

Jack McGee should've known better not to go down the ladder after a raging Hulk,knowing his power and his rage and that he's hunting The Hulk. Too bad the book that the female reporter gave him which she found in the tower wasn't enough to tell him The Hulk's true identity.

The lady reporter could've tried to stall the Hulk from running after he saved Holrd's life. But even if McGee did successfully get the net thrown onto the Hulk after he put Harold down, Harold would've tried to lift the net off him and help the Hulk get away as payback for saving his life.
