Wow. Doing civil in UM is pretty crazy. UM maybe ranked 60 in the world, but for civil engineering, UM is even higher ranked.

I was at no.5 college for only 4 months then I rented a room outside campus. Due to food availability at my time, strict rules & attire code.

Hi, I am an international student, I got an offer for masters in university of Malaya. But I have heard university is not giving accommodation this year. Not even in international house. Where do you suggest to find room safe for single female.

Hello sis, I finally received the letter for the Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering!!. Yes, I am in search of a good accommodation. I called the International House today, as I thought, as a foreigner, I am supposed to apply there. Still, there I got to know that they do not provide any accommodation to undergrad students, even if a student is international. I agree that they might give priority to post-grads more, but isn't there any way to try there as a first year undergrad, either at International House, Japan Apartments or 10th residential college? I prefer these only for the ease, as I am not used to the humidity in Malaysia and a few more reasons as well, as I will be new here in Malaysia, so altogether I do not prefer the private accommodations which are not associated with the university until I get into the second or third year. Pls, sis, I really need your good advice in this. I will be really grateful.☺
