Perfect timing!!!!!! I've been looking for this!!!!

Some great tips on iPad organization there Tech Dad!

Another solid video, TechDad!

Your widget tip was right on time!!  I added the Word widget which is clutch for how I use my iPad.  Keep up the good work, thanks again!

Notes beats the heck out of paper shopping lists and sticky notes, all that get lost. Or, just take a picture of that list from the Notes app. Easy!

I’ve been using the focus feature ever since it was released. It is definitely powerful, especially if you have that scheduled to kick in during different times. I have different wallpapers assigned to each different focus mode, which provides a visual aid to tell your brain that you are in work mode, for example.

I might point out that widgets can be stacked to save screen real estate.

I use the focus modes to establish semi “multi user” modes with focused filtered calendar accounts , filtered email accounts and different home screens for my wife and I to share the ipad

Hey iPadOS 26.2 is out!

Will give focus mode a try. I use my iPad for research and my homescreen is just too cluttered.

Just installed. it downloads much faster. I only took like 10 minutes. 12 minutes to download.

What brand of desk pad/mat are you using? Looks lux!

Saw your last video, just wondering if you ordered the 13 inch iPad Pro m5?

I'm pretty religious about using Apple's ecosystem for staying organized. I rely heavily on Apple's Calendar, Reminders, Notes, and Alarm. I've tried using the widgets, but I hated it.  I don't want that stuff always up front and present, I want to choose when I see it (or set an alert for when I needed it).
I live and die by these apps, though. So I'm in them all the time, across all devices.
I just don't see a good use case for the Focus modes. I turn on Focus when I want to silence reminders, and that's 100% the only way I like using it. I've tried setting up things like "Bed Time" and other modes, and hated it.
So as cool as I think all of these tips are, I just default back to using them the way I'd use applications on a desktop. I open them when I need them, and I close them and get them out of sight when I don't.

Wish there was a way to set up collaborative reminders!
