"Optional swimsuit mode."
Well, Dylan can run around in just his boxers.

I can tell Yahtzee liked it because he used the actual terminology

You might joke about people complaining about a wheelbarrow being too wheely... but half the negative steam reviews for Big Walk complain that it has too much walking or that it's too big.

"Knitting needle in the urethra." All these years and he's still got the poetry.

Props to Remedy for at least finding a new "re" word to put on their sequel.

3:44 Yahtzee used all the correct FBC terminology there. He understands the lore well enough to repeat it accurately. Sounds scrutable to me.

Nice to see that Gravity Rush is still fondly remembered by some people

Just a tip for anyone else playing the game that thinks its taking too long to kill things, every upgrade you do increases your damage. On a normal run, doing a lot of side content, and buying rare items you don’t find often I would literally say the OPPOSITE of Yahtzee. The game was too easy and enemies died too quickly. So make sure to upgrade EVERYTHING if your damage is low and try alternative builds.

I wonder if yahtzee played the pre release version, they patched the health and made it more clear you do more damage when you upgrade stuff you dont actually use and i thought the bosses were pushovers. the dancer boss fight looked so cool and then I did it in like under 2 minutes. random enemys in the open world gave me more grieve. The only time where I felt oh god what sponges were in the shüm challenges. Felt like those are meant doing fully upgraded.

I always enjoyed the little bit in the original Control where the Finnish janitor got one over on his voice direction: He was clearly meant to say a speech in both Finnish and Swedish, but when he got to the Swedish part, he just said "And the same in Swedish."

I legit love the enemy designs depicted

Characters' actual names? Key terms from the game? Complaining about the last parts of a game? Yeah, this is a positive review from Yahtzee :P

I thoroughly enjoyed the easy-to-miss “no, it’s a plunger” gag😂

I’m just remembering that Yahtzee probably played this before the patched the health of enemies. Which means combat probably felt tooo long for too much time. I can see his view but I am loving this game right now. Music and world build are fantastic

Did Yahtzee miss Dylan can't leave the city because of the patterning barrier and being immediately captured and a bomb being put in his head as the condition for his "release"

Did he also miss Dylan is being blamed for hundreds of deaths that weren't him on top of his actual death count

'The real knitting needle in the urethra' is a line that shall forever live rent-free in my mind.

5:08 I love the game to death, but something the game does not tell you at all is that investing in literally ANY weapon/ability upgrade just flat out increases your damage so if you're not upgrading literally everything(even stuff you don't really use) your damage is gonna suffer.

Oh it’s ACTUALLY a sequel. Didn’t expect that.

Tbf about evacing Manhattan, we did exactly that on 9/11. Ferrys, fishing ships, civilian boats, everything was used to evac the island in a shockingly short amount of time.

I'm impressed that Yahtzee managed to die to the final boss when it forces you to go through 3 tutorial minibosses that teach you 90% of it's mechanics before you're allowed to fight it. And one of them spams the uninterruptable, i-frame ignoring AoE attack three times as much as the actual boss.
