The logic of the packets was already justified by the logic
of the transmission line not being able to claim the line
for personal use, since messages are normally much longer
in needing time for the transmission, than the growing traffic
messages needing the same line for a short time too.
Thus the solution was Cisco's Routers coordinating the
distribution of the packets to reach the expected point of
contact and be able to reassemble the packets, as a
single message!
