I finished my first playthrough but I still have a long way to go. I need to beat other subleaders that I haven't raced.

TXR2 aka Shutokou Battle 2, where we can play the role of the driver called Jintei (Thirteen Devil's Speed Emperor).

And so, as soon as Motoya Iwasaki defeated Blackbird and Akio, he was now hailed as the Speed King ("Jintei", literally: "fast emperor") and the champion of the Shutokou.

The Zero Wanderer & ??? are obviously based on Tatsuya Shima(BlackBird) & Akio Asakura(Devil Z) from Wangan Midnight manga & anime

The BGM when he confronts Devil Z, titled "Final Fixers", is that Z such a guy? In any case, he doesn't talk about anything except his "apprentice" who shows up at the street supremacy.

Just replay this game again to wait for new TXR and beat Akio's Devil Z using a certain blue sedan with big rear wing and gold rims, so no Jintei roleplay on my playthrough, instead a certain heavy smoker ojisan with slanted eyes probably coming from mountain delivering some tofu lol!
