I was in a really bad car crash where the car caught fire. A lady came up to me, handed me a hot coffee and a blanket. When my parents arrived - I went to give the blanket back to the lady and she wasnt there. All the bystanders (who were screaming "theyre still in the car" - speaking of me) I asked 'where did she go?' They all said I had been standing alone (at the kerb) the whole time.
I was not alone. Praise God!

When our daughter went missing in 2013   on/around Mount Hood and Search and Rescue was called in, the Sergeant in charge said it was like looking for a needle in a haystack after one day of unsuccessful searching—including with a fixed wing aircraft.

Because of an earlier experience with an ‘angel’ helping us find a lost young man on a different mountain, we prayed for God to send an angel to direct searchers straight to our daughter … and that is exactly what God did.

At the beginning of the next day’s search, the helicopter assessing mountain conditions followed tracks from the summit of Mt Hood directly to where they found our daughter on Sandy Glacier. But most of them weren’t her tracks. She hadn’t summited. More than a thousand feet below the mountain top she encountered a rock wall. From there she couldn’t even follow her tracks back down the mountain because of a white out filling in her tracks and that caused her to abandon climbing and to become disoriented. She also did a lot of gsliding on her rear to get down a chute and other parts of the mountain.

God arranged for our’angel’—someone or something to make tracks the helicopter could follow to find her.

She was found one day before Easter. She had been up there six days, in the snow, injured and unable to hike out.

We believe in angels.

I'm convinced guardian angels exist. I was working alone in a commercial building installing boxes for flush  mount light pods in the basement. I was up about 10 feet to my head. 12 foot ceilings. I made some adjustments on a box to install. I was tired and hungry and not feeling great. I looked up to start placing the box between 2 floor joists. I got dizzy real fast and starting falling backwards. I felt like I couldn't control it. I knew the floor was coming. Out of nowhere I felt a strong hand catch me mid back and pushed me to standing straight up again on the step ladder. I said thank you very much as I was turning. No one there. I realized if someone had been there I would have heard them coming and the basement was huge so they had no time to runaway afterward and I would have heard them once again.. My only logical conclusion is it was a gaurdian angel.

Called my Dad before I wrote this.  When I was about 7 years old he saw me ride my bike full speed into the front of my mom's car, fly up into the air, front flip and land directly on my feet.  Just got off the phone with him.  He thought I was gonna die when he saw me flying.   All I really remember about it is his face afterwards.   Thank you Jesus.

When I was young, my parents car broke down at night with no one in sight or phone to calll someone to help us out. It was late and I remember my mom telling my brother and I to get in the car and pray. I went in the car and prayed and out of the corner of my eye I see two men come out of the woods. They approached my parents and asked them if they could help them. Of course they said yes. As soon as they got the car moved to a safer location, my father reached out to give them money as my family assumed they were homeless. The men said no and they carried on their way. Since a child, I always said those were true angels and I believe it still til this day.

This happened to me when I was 17 years old. I was babysitting. It was after 11pm and I was quietly sitting on the couch. I was a good babysitter. TV on low, not on the phone, wide awake. Then all of a sudden the dog, older dog that normally just laid around NEVER barked, sat up and began barking at me. He turned in circles. He rammed my leg. I thought maybe he wanted outside, but he lead me to the kitchen and kept going crazy!!! I followed him through the kitchen and into the dining room. I turned on the light and my stomach went to my feet!!! One of the dining table chairs had been moved next to the sliding glass door and the door was open!! This door lead to the indoor swimming pool!! I went inside and the 2-year little boy I was watching was at the edge of the pool reaching toward something in the water. I calmly said, hi Doug. What are you wanting? Then I picked him up and we went back out. I put him back to bed and then I sat in amazement at the old dog who was now back to his normal self. Lying there and sleeping. I have NO DOUBT at all that God used that dog, or an angel did??? Somehow God did a miracle! I always thought it was angels involved! An angel in the dog??? An angel with that little boy and me?!!! If I had ignored the dog or had fallen a sleep or if the dog was his regular self, that little boy would have fallen into the pool and drowned. If I had even been a minute later, the little
boy I think would have fallen in. I have NEVER forgotten what happened that night and KNOW that angels truly are with us!!!!!!!!!

When my niece was 3 she tripped and her head was about to hit the claw foot on the coffee table. With my own eyes I saw her head stop in mid air and gently laid on the floor next to claw foot. An invisible hand caught her head and moved it over about 3 inches. I will never forget that. Praise God🙏🏻

I know I entertained an angel. When I was in high school at a small school I was driving home to our isolated dairy farm, it was 16 miles to home and we lived between two highways, Highway 24 and Interstate I-70. It was cold and snowing and a young man was hitchhiking outside of my high school town (a town of 500 people). I stopped to pick him up and said I could take him partway to the next town and he said that was great and he appreciated the ride. We were chatting and he asked if I knew Jesus. We talked and I remember him saying that he felt Jesus was the man, God brought to life, and Christ was the ideal we should try to emulate our lives after. He asked if I could take him a bit further and I said that I could take him to where I turn for home, but it would be a couple mile walk to I-70, but would have heavier traffic there. He thanked me when I stopped and got out. I drove the half mile to home and told my parents about him and they instructed me to go pick him back up and take him to the Rip Griffins truck stop in Limon.

I drove back to where I dropped him off. It had snowed and there was several inches of snow on the road, and the road was high graded with deep ditches on each side. You saw his tracks leave from my tire tracks, go around a corner and were perfectly in the middle of the road for about a hundred yards, then disappeared.

There was no way for him to jump to the ditch without leaving tracks, and there was no other vehicle tracks. They just stopped in clean fresh snow.

I didn’t feel fear and felt immediately with our conversation that it was an angel.

"Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained Angels unawares."  Hebrews 13:2

My grandma that already passed, she was a devoted Catholic, had a wound the became really infected and and she became unable to walk properly, one afternoon a complete stranger came to her house, bandage the wound with something and left, few days later it was healed. She always believed it was angel, apart from her no one else seen it. She was conveniently alone at the time the person showed up.

Sean -- You are the only podcaster that doesn't interrupt guests. TY very much!! Great job!!

I prayed for months before my first surgery to have my gallbladder removed  for god to send his angels to watch over me. I was so scared so every night I would ask god to take care of me and send his angels to watch over me. Before going under I saw 4 faces above me clear like water. They were watching me. I told the doctor and pointed up and said “there’s people up there”. When I woke up, I remember it happened about 6 hours later. He sent them to watch over me, it’s almost like I was seeing something that was always there and I was getting a glimpse. I didn’t have fear, I just saw then watching over me. I don’t care who believes me, I know what I saw.

I've been a pediatric nurse for over 40 years.  I'm certain that some of the severely medically disabled children I take care of are angels.  They bring so much love and joy to all who take care of them and meet them.  I feel closer to God when I care for them. They minister to me.

Story from a friend.  Setting - outback Western Australia.  Roads there are long, straight, boring and dirt with an occasional slight rise.  It's rare to meet someone coming the other way, so people are inclined to drive at extremely fast speeds.  My friend was driving one of these roads, alone in the car and as fast as the vehicle would go.  Suddenly he glimpsed someone sitting beside him in the passenger seat.  He looked and no one was there.  He kept driving.  The same thing happened again, and then a third time.  He decided he must be very tired so he pulled over to take a break.  He walked 100m up the rise ahead and there, sleeping in the middle of the road was a huge brahmin bull.  If he hadn't pulled up when he did he would have probably died.  Some years later he became a Christian. He told me this story and said that he thought this was his guardian angel.

Years ago I wen’t out to a pub with my brother and we drank far too much. I encouraged him to have shots and he really wasn’t in a good way. On our walk home we got into a drunken push and shove argument and we wen’t our separate ways. I found a spot to sit down in the rear carpark of a nearby hotel and started crying into my hands crouched over. I then heard a voice with a gentle hand on my back say “It’s ok, go and get your brother”. I looked to my left and saw a man seated next to me in a brown robe. I felt peace instantly and sobered up pretty quickly, I put my head in my hands again and when I looked up he was gone. I then ran out into the street and saw my brother standing in the middle of the road disoriented. I ran up to him and grabbed him off the road, he was really drunk and wanted to end his life. We hugged and it was an absolute miracle that this happened, I can’t even imagine what would’ve happened had God not sent an Angel to intervene. Praise God I gave my life to Jesus and I pray God will draw my brother to Him also as his life was spared that night…and so was mine.✝️

A close friend of mine's husband was struggling badly with alcoholism.  He was on the brink of losing everything.  They had been active members of their church for many years but no one knew what was happening.
They were at church one Sunday and it was like the pastor was speaking directly to him about this horrific grip the addiction had on him.  At the end 2 strangers dressed very oddly, very formal (an oddity at their casual church) stepped in beside him and put their hands on him.  They prayed with him while he wept and begged God to deliver him.
Afterward they walked directly out of the building.  They had never seen them before or after.
From that day forward he has never had another drop.  It was medically ands physiologically impossible for him to quit cold turkey like that without serious withdrawal but he was totally fine.
He's the picture of health now and has never looked back.
He's one of those kind people who will pick up a hitchhiker in the rain, will help strangers in any scenario.  Maybe these were angels repaying the kindness he showed them.

A friend had a bad, bad feeling about checking a narcotics crossing. Just a very bad foreboding. He decided to man up and go check anyway.  He was standing at a desert wash looking about before crossing it. As he was about to step into it someone grabbed him from behind by his collar and threw him back.  He drew his weapon but no one was there. Creeped out he left.

A few hours later several armed traffickers were taken down a several miles farther north.  At the station the trafficker’s guide on video said that they saw another agent and had decided to fire on him if he stepped forward to cross the wash. But they said they saw him fall backwards. Saw the agent pull his weapon, look around and leave.

The agent is confident that an angel threw him back saving his life.

Many of the NDEs have documented physical death. And how about Lazarus? He was already dead and buried for 4 days. And what is your evidence that one needs a body to have thoughts? The soul can leave the body, and Jesus can send it back. He has power over death, that is how He resurrected.

Once when I was feeding the homeless, there was a tiny woman sitting alone. She looked deep in my eyes and thanked me. I think she was an angel.

Saw this on a National Geographic post. Thought it was apropo:
"Third Man Syndrome" refers to a mysterious psychological experience reported by individuals facing extreme, life-threatening conditions—such as mountaineers, explorers, or disaster survivors. In these moments of intense peril, people often feel the unmistakable presence of an unseen companion.

This presence is not visible but is deeply felt—sometimes heard as a calm voice offering encouragement or guidance. Many describe it as a comforting force that helps them endure overwhelming fear, fatigue, or hopelessness, acting almost like a guardian or guide through the crisis.

Survivors frequently recall this “third entity” as a source of emotional strength—something (or someone) that appeared when they were most alone, yet gave them the will to survive.
