- This is really the season where Chris really becomes deranged.
- Dawn is best girl

@Tessa_Rae27 1 year ago

Yes they did B & Dawn so dirty this season

the fact that Sam and Dakota have the most positive relationship out of any of the total drama couples is a twist a lot of people probably didn't see coming.

I love that your first reaction to Dakota was that she was another Heather. A lot of people expected that from her. She looks a lot like Rachel McAdams did in Mean Girls, after all. But she's really not, and the reason she got on with Sam is because he treated her with respect.

Dawn is such a phenomenal character in general because her character is the only one to be completely rechanged and remodelled from the original drawings and would you say 'beta' version of this season. Like many characters changed but not as drastic as Dawn and a few of the characters swapped partial elements and personalities modified to finalize the cast. Zoey was originally going to be more of a villain, Dakota had more of Zoey's design but seemed like she was going to be the pretty girl, and Dawn was originally named Molly and was supposed to be more of the indie/alternative scene girl or the 'pixie manic dream girl' archetype and originally was going to end up with Mike. I do prefer the finalized Dawn and she was such a cool concept of a character that I had wished TDI did more with her. Also the irony of the fandom wanting so much more for her too like we didnt even explore the possible 'opposites attract' but it was because Scott was always going to be one of the main villains of this season.

Dakota plays off on everyone so well!

“Pretend it’s Daddy’s steak knife!”
“Oh, okay!”

“Wow, we have a lot in common!”
“Why would you say something like that to me?!”

3:05:00 After four seasons chris and chef had that coming. They became deranged psychopaths and heather was awesome right here

@zeospark9715 1 year ago

Also not to spoil anything, but this is the ONLY season in Total Drama where the two finalists are the same gender (being both guys in this case). The other seasons it's always guy vs. girl

Total Drama was one of the most prominent cartoons when I was young (born in 2005) and I watch every season, even the newer or less popular ones. Revenge of The Island was one of the best, I literally thought it was better than OG TD growing up. I love Mike and Zoey's relationship so much, it's diabetic, and trust me, Chris gets more insane with each season, you'll see. Hope you do more full-length reactions like these in the future with open minds.
