I came to Madina (holy city for muslim beside Mecca) and saw a magnificent pattern of geometry inside the Mosque of Nabawi. It was 3 p.m and the roof was open automatically and warm sunlight hits every one and the wall which contains beautiful geometry pattern. That beauty still left me wandering.

I love how my religion is related to something in this video that has nothing to do with death and terror, loved it.

As a Christian, I love this. Mathematics is a language from God. Muslims understood this very early on. Their wisdom and faith is beautiful to witness. Their incredible contributions to Science, Math, and Art are without question 🙏🏻🙌🏻💪🏻

This was when Muslims lived in just societies, they got the real meaning of Islam, to worship god through building the earth and making it a better place, but now because of the dictatorships in most Islamic countries, all is there is people fighting for their very basic rights like having food and a safe place to sleep in. These regimes made people ignorant and angry and extreme. They forgot the higher goals of life.
May this change very soon, and the whole planet lives in peace, love and respect. and we'll see more of this amazing art.

Pen and paper skills are satisfying enough. Imagine applying these motives onto marble, rock and woods on massive scale without today's power tools and let them all be precise as in the paper.

I got introduced to Islams art in early age and I've apply it around my room. It's just beautiful and fascinating, but also complex.

It’s fascinating to know how they managed to achieve this level of geometric complexity at that time, and on massive scale. Therefore, I find the clip offensively simplistic. In Islamic art, these designs were a medium of meditation in the geometry of nature, which leads to the praise and show of gratitude for the creator, the original designer, Allah\God.
