I Bought the AWD Car EVERYONE Forgot About - Suzuki SX4

I finally bought one of the most forgotten AWD cars ever made—the Suzuki SX4.

Most people have never even heard of it, but it came with all-wheel drive, a hatchback body, and a reputation for being surprisingly capable. In this video, I take a closer look to see if this forgotten gem deserves more attention or if there's a reason everyone moved on.

Is the Suzuki SX4 one of the most underrated budget AWD cars you can buy today?

👇 Let me know what you think in the comments:
• Would you drive a Suzuki SX4?
• What forgotten car should I review next?

In Hungary this car is still common traffic, its crazy to see that in other countrys it counts as a rare car

I was between the Honda Fit and the SX4, and bought this one. I like going to the woods to hike so the ground clearance and grip is great even with stock tires. The Fit struggles in highway with high rpm and noise cabin due low gear ratios, meanwhile with the SX4 the engine goes relaxed.

Good buy. Got 2007 2.0L awd .... done 370 000km, taken me everywhere, safely, reliably, on road and off.
Great little cars ... 'Suzuki can do it' ...

I just bought a SX4 SZ5 which was the highest trim level available in the UK and it still has those poverty buttons in the centre console. I've dug around and they are for heated seats and an ESP Off button to disable traction control. I don't have leather seats (why would I in a small hatchback) so I don't need heated seats and I can;t see myself needing to turn the traction control off. Most of these in the UK are also unmolested because we got the Suzuki Swift Sport here, so all the people who want to modify their car with a ton of ebay crap bought a Swift instead. I've done the same thing as you and upgraded the stereo immediately though, and judging by the number of missing screws I reckon the previous owner did the same then put it back to stock in order to sell it. Oh and it's definitely fast enough for British roads (if you get the manual transmission). 118hp and 1190kg with hot hatchback handling means the 0-60 might be a little average but nothing's gonna keep up on a twisty road

Rocky mountain 2" lift kit is great but it really makes the handling mushy. The range of A/T tires is very limited.

The CEL might be P0420. Cat Efficiency, that's a common issue. Gas mileage is terrible on this car as I do 60% city driving..

looking forward to how it works out for you!
