Without a doubt, one of the most sophisticated, high concept interiors ever featured here. Exquisitely designed and curated ✨

The challenge with designing contemporary spaces is to avoid a generic and/or cold look. Mr. Raymond has accommplished this in spades. By mixing dark and light, vintage and contemporary and using a muted color pallette, Mr. Raymond has created a warm and inviting space.

Every inch of this home is designed to perfection. So classy, sublime and calming.

I love the humbleness and calmness his spirit exudes. There is no pretentiousness or show-boating as he walks us through this undoubtedly high end, multi-million dollar apartment. Just a chill vibe that displays his appreciation and gratitude. His design talent is exceptional and is reflected throughout this beautiful home.

I’d love to see more NYC artists’ lofts — with the raw, industrial, pre-gentrified identity intact — on Homeworthy. This gentleman has created a lovely home, but I can’t help but think of what gets lost when artists’ spaces are replaced by something like what we see here.

They hit the jackpot with that space. I didn't realize I needed suede wallpaper! Great video, thanks Homeworthy and Mr. Raymond.

I don’t even click on apartments anymore but this one is stunning. The colors are a common pattern but the application is different and perfectly dosed.

Initially I was not going to watch this one as I did not think I would resonate with the design but Chester's welcome 'eyes' at the beginning was like a magnet to keep watching and once Mr Raymond began to share his design ideas I was captivated. I did really like the connection with the boomerang among many other things that were shared in this episode.

This home is stunning. While this is not my aesthetic, I can fully appreciate the elements : stone, fabrics, and especially the millwork. So well thought out and executed. Wishing Todd, his partner and the most adorable dog, Chester, many years of joy in their home ! Cheers!

Todd Raymond, with his love of ‘chocolate brown’ is such a unique character, his style has a bold fantastic feminine touch, all set off with his amazing little dog-child, and the orbit of the sun.
Awesome.

I love the mix of traditional white wall and moldings with the contemporary wooden coffee stained built-in furniture and doors

What an exquisite space. I am a maximalist, but if I were to go minimal it would be this place. The table from Madrid, the glass piece by Mr. Garnier and the white, patterned carpet are favorite pieces. Thanks, Todd & Chester, for the amazing and memorable tour!!

So glad you showed us the kitchen/family room first. It was beautiful, as was the rest of the home.

When I saw the preview, I thought it was going to feel a bit sterile and cold. But it turned out to be an absolutely beautiful and warm apartment. Very well designed and curated. Very well thought through. And super cozy. Such an amazing job.

Absolutely gorgeous, immediately one of my favourite home tours

Todd and husband have a knack for what to show and what not to show but use privately, hiddendoors, drawers for knickknacks.. Nice combination. The oblique patterns fit
the loft. Wish I could say I like the views but in NYC one can't really be picky. The Terrier is a little jewel.
