Emilio Garcia and Carlos Ruas welcome back Vitor Augusto, professor of Geography and Current Events, author of educational materials, and creator of the Terra Negra channel and the Geography in Half an Hour podcast. The conversation revolves around one of the most debated questions when it comes to geopolitics: is China communist?

A discussion about the country's political history, the economic reforms of recent decades, and the contradictions between state planning, the market, private property, and political control.
