Mom Plays Pokémon SoulSilver | Saving the Slowpokes & Exploring Azalea City | ASMR ⭐

One more adventure in my first-ever Pokémon playthrough!
Today I make my way through Azalea City and head into Slowpoke Well, where Team Rocket has been stealing Slowpoke tails. (Poor Slowpokes…it’s actually a little heartbreaking.) Along the way I battle trainers, learn more about the game, and get my Pokémon ready for the Azalea Gym.
I’ve never really been a video game player - unless Pong and Frogger count- so I’m figuring everything out as I go. If you’re looking for a relaxed, cozy, soft spoken Pokémon playthrough from someone experiencing it for the first time, I hope you’ll enjoy following along.
The gym battle is coming in the next episode!
Here is a playlist with all the other Nintendo videos: Pokémon Card Videos and Nintendo DS Play

But love that you came back to this. I love watching someone come blind into this. Especially since it's been a while since you returned to pokemon.
And I love the way u record the gameplay and the things u talk about, is very relaxing in general.
Ahha the self sabotage is real! The notes were good but you were reading them backwards! 😅
The rain makes water type moves stronger and fire type moves weaker.
I love slowpokes they are so derpy and cute 🥰
To level up your level 1 you'll have to put it out first, and then switch to another stronger pokemon to actually fight. As long as a pokemon touches the field in battle, it will gain XP to level up
I really like when you go into the book and read about new pokemon. Too bad it doesn't have great battle info. But it sounds really nice
You can totally get a slowpoke in the well! It's 85% chance of zubat and 15% slowpoke in there, so it might take a while to find one. but you can!
And its fascinating to hear a different perspective on playing a Pokemon title as I record my own! Best wishes for your channel! 🙏
Just a tip, If you open the Pokemon tab(either inside or outside of battle), you can check a Pokémon’s moves. Doing that allows you to check which moves do damage, how much damage they do, whether they cause status effects, or raise or lower stats.
