In this video, we teach you how to make

Silver Tubing for hoops
Silver Tubing for hinges
Silver Tubing for settings

We started by demonstrating the equation needed to attain the required thickness and circumference of the Silver

Tubing. the process included milling Silver sheet then bending the sheet into a concave using the Jewelers bending block. For those who didn't have a Jewelers bending block.

We demonstrated using a block of wood. The sheet was then formed into Silver tubing using a tungsten carbide draw plate. at the end we demonstrated :

Thanks for the ingenious idea of using wood just laying around the house. If you saw what I use my extra wood for you would laugh😁😁😆😆🤣🤣🤣😂😁🤣😆😆🤣🤣😂😅 if I knew how to share a picture, I would show you my workbench.😆😆😁🤣😁🤣😅😅 probably would have never thought of it. I have everything except for the draw plate and the mill but I am working on it , right now I purchased my tubes I’ve never used tubing before but I will be trying it for riveting . Your videos are very informative and to the point . Do you Offer hands on workshops? If so, I will be very interested and happy to learn, and teach in your shop . Get in touch with your sister.
