● 40ml Cold water
► MANGO AND RASPBERRY FILLING
● 7g Unflavored powdered gelatin (2 tsp)
● 30ml Cold water
● 300g Mango jam
● 80g Raspberries (12 pcs)
► MIRROR GLAZE
● 120ml Water
● 150g Plain white sugar
● 100ml Condensed milk
● 150g White chocolate
● 10g (1 tbsp) Unflavored powdered gelatin
● Orange, pink, or magenta food coloring
