Nice job, I learned some things knowing where you were sighted and what wind worked with that.

Great video. I'm trying to work on my wind calls and it's so hard.
Thanks for putting in the effort and bringing us quality video about our passion.

I absolutely appreciate your videos and the work you put into them. Plus the gear layout, ammo, etc. Lived in San Diego 27 years before moving back East, so I know about 2A issues also. Never listen to the idiots they just happen to be perfect humans.

What barrel do you have on that 457? Thanks.

IM SHOOTING ABOUT THE SAME SET UP. YOU HAVE GOT THE CZ457 MTR. MY FIRST FEAR SHOOTING ARA COMPATION. SHOOT AT N.C. SHOOTING THE FACTROY CLASS AT VI. THIS WEEKEND.

Use an MOA wind constant of 2 in wind calculation. If anyone here wants the formula I will post.

@rajabshahzad5257 1 year ago

If show with scope target then much better understand aiming

@stephanusdutoit111 3 years ago

Thanks for the video and all the info.
At what magnification are you using the scope when shooting?

@joecapelli6454 4 years ago

what is the trigger in the CZ 457 you're shooting in this video

@Goldgto 6 months ago

Would be MUCH better if we could see your hold for each shot using a scope camera. Your voice is so muffled I have to jack the sound up only to get blasted by the shot noise. Didn’t learn a thing about wind calls unfortunately.

I shot in the wind and rain today. 2250 on the ARA unlimited, I shot 2 USBR cards for a Postal match. Not sure of those scores. But decent.
Is that the Calvin Elite custom trigger?

Good info,
Honestly to get good at shooting in the wind, it takes practice. You have to learn something from every shot. Every shot can tell you something. If you just spend all day slinging lead down range and don't gather data on what the rounds are doing, you are just wasting both time and ammo.
