The emotional abuse here is ridiculous. I’m a married man of 5years and have 2 kids with my wife. If she EVER treated me like this it would be over. There is no excuse for her behavior. I’m really tired of people trying to romanticize abusive relationships.

So basically the girl got her pants wet when the guy got into a fight for her. This one is no fiction, for once.

In my honest opinion, this girl is not worth it. Saying she loved him but the proceeding to ruin such a big event like their wedding with rudeness because apparently he'd become weak or some stupid shit. Woman, it's not called becoming weak, it's called him getting hi life together and prioritizing what actually matter.
In his shoes, I would've stopped trying to be romantic with her long before the honeymoon. So when she does start being all lovey dovey after the beach trip, I ask the maid to take her to her own room. Doesn't matter how supposedly in love she is. If she doesn't show it, I'm not gonna believe it. Thus she actually has to put in the effort to make me believe she's in love with me rather than just expecting her maid's words and a sudden 180 in behavior to be accepted as enough reason.

So she was mad that he changed after graduation? Its called maturation and she clearly needed some herself.

People change for a reason. Having a strong personality and attitude will push others' way

What a way to romanticize emotional abuse. That's why any series/manga/anime that has a tsundere character, I completely rule it out.

Let me get this straight, Riku saved Karen back then and she looked for him and when she found him she decided to arrange a marriage but she was rude to him the entire time because he’s changed so much? I’m sorry but Karen doesn’t deserve Riku. Treating someone rude just because they changed is stupid. If she really loved Riku, it shouldn’t be a problem for her that he changed

Nope, Karen living up to the name, just nope.
Being this rude and obnoxious and manipulative this marriage WILL end badly.

Oh God she's a tsundere and a Karen?

the fact that i said that "let me try to foresee this shes gonna get harrased by other guys then shes gonna get saved and its happy ending"💀

Why is it that in anime, guys are ALWAYS out of the loop when it comes to knowing about a woman's feelings? Riku is basically a dullard when it comes to romance! It'd be like comparing Goku thinking that marriage is food!!!

Its been said before and ill say it again. Political marriages are bad at first glance, but somehow if they do work out and they like each other for who they are its fine.

Hana was having a field day watching over these newlyweds

I’m really lost. I assume she had to have met him before the wedding and could’ve easily seen that he "changed" and could’ve cancelled the wedding. So why do we see her at the ceremony acting this way knowing (assuming) that he wasn’t who he was from back then? Plus what I got from the beach scene, when Hana and Karen were talking, she still liked him even if he had changed. Maybe I’m just giving her the benefit of the doubt, but this was just something I thought about.

Karen IS a Karen...Rude, disrespectful, obnoxious = Kicked to the curb.  And, of course, the typical "naive simp MC"...MC and FMC both take Ls.

The story is decent, but i still don't know how i feel about her. It seems she only truly loved and cared about the past him, and doesn't care about him wanting to grow up, mature, turn over a new leaf, and wanting to change and be a better man/son, so if he doesn't want to be like he was in the past anymore would she have stayed a bitch towards him, even though he is a much better man now than he was in the past. I guess that probably why her name's KAREN! She is firmly stuck in the past

This girl is pretty terrible. I am going to go with no. She ruined their wedding and treated him terribly. Once she pulled that sh** at the wedding, it should have been over. The maid seemed to suggest thay all women are hateful, abusive, and terrible bit**es. Imagine bow disappointed he was in her. I mean, ffs. Tsundere's should just be lined up in a row, in the street, to see if Truck-kun can get a new high score.

Some people didn't like the Political Marriage thing. I'll cut it off if that happens to me.
