I watched early this morning and already applied to my playing and is giving me more versatility up and down the neck.

Love it- I’m in mega catch up with music theory, but now I’m playing lots of backup using inversion to more general tunes and songs - this is exactly what I e been looking for to keep the same repeating session tunes a bit more interesting by adding variation.
Thanks for sharing

Great video! I love how you say root lol

Good presentation by the way! I can understand the rolls easily  because I've been playing long enough. Thanks.

Thank you very much for helping me to learn how to play my banjo.I just adore it and love learning. You make it a lot easier to learn  I love your videos. :p please never stop!

Helped me a Lot,Mike.🥰🪕

good lesson.. I've been playing pentatonics on the guitar for years and never ever thought about it when playing banjo

You are the best bro!! You've helped me a lot man, thanks for sharing, don't stop it , greetings from Chile ;)

You are awesomeeee. Thank you !!

HI Mike. It would be nice if you put a lesson together on scales (major, minor, major penta, minor penta, etc) and ways to play them (which finger to use, etc). Vídeos plus PDF (like you did on the roll practice, which I bought). Be safe. CB

what kind of rolls were you using @ 13:04 and 13:19 ?
Also what rolls would you recommend for playing slower?

What part of country are you from? Where I grew up, "root" and "foot' don't rhyme. 😁👍

observation: I can grow a beard but can't play banjo.

Trust your teacher ????  Where are the free moveable Major pentatonic scales 😢 is ther an answer ! Thanks 🙏 praying !

Good presentation but I DESPISE the YouTube commercials and makers! It's like someone came running into my livingroom screaming their head off....YouTube employees are serious idiots.
