They love to condescendingly think girls of other ethnicities are “too dumb to catch onto their manipulation or may be surrounded by a less progressive to see their bs”,  and try to take advantage of them like crazy. But the truth is, misogyny is everywhere, not matter the country, so any woman, including foreign women can recognize misogynists. And “Westernization” is used by them, to gaslight these foriegn women as soon as they pull away from having fully understood their manipulative tactics all along.
It shouldn’t have to be let known that anyone can catch onto manipulation no matter their ethnicity,
And it also shouldn’t have to be let known that people should not see foreign women, and women in general, as objects to be taken advantage of constantly.
Trust me, women do not like being used. No one does. Treating women respectfully and like people as opposed to objects should be priority.

Coming from a guy living in a relatively conservative country, I think one the most privileged misjudgements men like this make is thinking that when a woman in a "non-western" country is sexually conservative, she is saving herself for someone rather than FROM EVERYONE.

While trying to improve my English, I started looking for a pen pal, but it ended up being more frustrating than I expected. And even when I clearly said I was not interested in any kind of romantic relationship and was only there for language exchange, they still tried to steer the conversation that way. I just wanted a normal, respectful conversation to practice English, but instead I often felt judged and misunderstood, which made the whole experience pretty discouraging. They also tend to think of themselves as more intellectual and smarter, but they are not.

I am a lesbian and my wife is a feminine looking woman of Ukrainian and Belarusian descent who grew up in Estonia, much more in the beauty standards than I am for example.
