Mac vs iPad? Nah — the real magic is when you use them together.
In this video, I’m breaking down 10 of my favorite “aha” ecosystem moments that happen when macOS and iPadOS are side by side. Things like Universal Control, Sidecar, universal clipboard, Handoff, dragging files between devices, and even using your iPad + Apple Pencil to annotate screenshots from your Mac in real time.
Once you get these dialed in (same Apple ID, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Handoff, and close proximity), it honestly feels like Apple built one system that just happens to live on two screens.
Huge shoutout to Paperlike for sponsoring this video — I’ve been using Paperlike since 2018, and Paperlike 3 is easily the best one yet (especially the new butterfly application system). Links are down below + pinned comment.
Let me know in the comments: what’s your favorite Apple ecosystem magic moment you use every day? 🐬
