■Yuji Kitayama's Profile

Born on March 2, 1967, as the eldest son of the Kitayama family, he devoted himself to baseball more than academics throughout elementary, middle, and high school, where he learned the importance of greetings, etiquette, and relationships. After graduating from his hometown of Matsusaka Technical High School, he began his carpentry apprenticeship at Ishida Construction at his father's suggestion. At the age of 28, he completed his first roof raising project as the master carpenter, becoming the seventh generation master carpenter of Kitayama Construction.

At the age of 34, he transitioned from the family business to a corporation, founding Kitayama Construction Co., Ltd. on May 21, 2001. He continues to build homes with a personal touch, under the motto of "lifelong relationships with our customers."
