I swear this is the calmest Aries Kitchen ever.

when he said he was keeping the "chili water" to make the adobo sauce my mexican ass nodded SO HARD

I love how they're using Asian spoons to eat pozole. It's all about fusion

This made me so happy as a Mexican who grew up having pozole every holiday season I recently went vegan so I didn’t partake this year and for you to make a VEGAN pozole makes me so so so happy

Jenna walking in is every Mexican kid knowing their mothers are just about done with cooking the food.

Julien: never does correct measurements

Julien: does correct measurements for a food which comes from cultures of ‘and a pinch of this and a handful of that’

Jenna at the end of 2019: "my only complaint with Aries kitchen is that you don't make nearly enough soup"
Julien as soon as 2020 hits: "i made soup"

Julian: “put it all in one pot...and don’t look...give it some privacy.”
Me: “yeah we all know a watched pot never does it to ‘em”

I love how nonchalant and easily Julien is able to mention his and Jenna’s plant-based lifestyle. He doesn’t make the title “Vegan...” or try to explain why they chose that he just let’s newer viewers wonder, and proceeds to show a delicious tutorial. This is the type of progressive energy everyone can learn from.

*julian makes pozole*

The mexicans watching this: "ᴛʜᴀᴛ ɪꜱ ᴠᴇʀʏ ᴍᴜᴄʜ ᴀᴅᴇQᴜᴀᴛᴇ".

It's nice that he's making soup to try and impress his friend Jenna.

I feel like every Mexican kid at one point ate a whole bowl of pozole so hot it made your nose leak for the whole day.

Honestly, if Julien came out with a cook book I would totally buy it.

I LOVE how much attention he’s putting into the recipe to not disrespect the mexican culture! Mexicans are crazy about their food so it’s very easy to mess up and cause a riot lol Love the effort!
